Amir Ben-Efraim, CEO

Amir is CEO and co-founder of Altor Networks. Amir has over 18 years of experience in high-tech management, including marketing, business development and software engineering. Most recently, Amir was head of business development at Check Point Software where he led the company’s global BD efforts, including partnerships, OEMs, corporate strategy and M&A considerations. Previously, Amir was co-founder and senior vice president of marketing at Blue Wireless, a vendor of personalization software for telecommunication carriers. Prior to Blue Wireless, Amir led marketing initiatives at Netro Corporation, and simulation projects as lead software engineer at Amdahl Computers. Amir holds an M.B.A. from UCLA, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley.

Moshe Litvin, VP of Engineering

Moshe comes to Altor Networks from Check Point Software where he served in various R&D roles for the last ten years. In his last position, Moshe was Chief Architect at Check Point Software, and prior to that Moshe led development of VPN-1 – Check Point’s flagship product. Before that Moshe was an officer in the technology unit at the Israeli Defense Forces Intelligence Corp. Moshe received his B.S. in Mathematics and Science while still in high school, and his M.S. in Mathematics Cum Laude from the the Herbrew University in Jerusalem.

Poornima DeBolle, VP of Business Development & Product Management

Poornima leads business development, strategic alliances and product management at Altor Networks. In her last role as head of business development at Check Point Software, she managed all aspects of business development including their partner programs – OPSEC and Secured by Check Point, OEMs, and M&A initiatives. During her 10 year tenure at Check Point, Poornima developed a multi-faceted perspective of the computer security industry with hands-on experience in engineering and product management. Prior to Check Point, Poornima was firmware engineer at Network Application Technology where she was responsible for their flagship RMON products. She holds a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Arizona State University.

Johnnie Konstantas, VP of Marketing

Johnnie leads marketing at Altor Networks. During her 17 years in telecommunications and security she has held leadership positions spanning engineering, product management and marketing. Most recently, Johnnie led the marketing efforts of Varonis Systems focusing on building the team, automation infrastructure and brand for establishing and sustaining category leadership. She started her career at Motorola designing and implementing large scale wireless infrastructure systems before transitioning to product portfolio management and marketing for security giants CheckPoint and Juniper as well as several start-ups. Johnnie holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Neil Stratz, VP of Sales

Neil leads all sales operations at Altor Networks. Prior to joining Altor, Neil was Vice President of Americas Sales at Precise Software where he rebuilt the company¹s sales team and grew revenues following its spin-off from Symantec. Earlier, Neil held the position of Vice President of Sales at the Wily Technology Division of CA, Inc. During his 6 years at Wily Technology (and later CA), Neil built and led domestic and international sales teams, establishing Wily as the leader in the web Application Performance Management space. Prior to Wily, Neil held direct sales, channel and business development positions at Brio Technology (now Oracle) and Informix Software (now IBM). He holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
